Many of the people I work with both in my coaching work and in workshops talk about being regarded as slightly 'mad' by their work colleagues or even family. I have always found this a rather curious kind of accusation to level at people who are looking for a better way to be and a better way to live. Who are the mad ones, the ones looking for answers and being true to themselves or their accusers?
