Many of the people I work with both in my coaching work and in workshops talk about being regarded as slightly 'mad' by their work colleagues or even family. I have always found this a rather curious kind of accusation to level at people who are looking for a better way to be and a better way to live. Who are the mad ones, the ones looking for answers and being true to themselves or their accusers? Our society conditions us very successfully to see its ways and rules as the only option and everything else as some kind of aberration. Those who are heavily invested in the system are bound to also be strong defenders of it and are likely to be critical of those who challenge the system -Neil Crofts
