Helping create a better, or "halcyon" future for all is Dom Kelleher's vision. 

In pursuit of this vision, Dom ran Halcyon, a private company registered in Belgium, from 2003-2021. Part consultancy, part thinktank, part social enterprise, Halcyon helped its clients prepare for and respond to personal, organisational and societal change.

Dom is now developing a network of like-minded individuals - please contact him if you're passionate about values, issues and ideas and about the changes impacting us at the personal, organisational and societal levels,

From 2017-2024, Dom worked for EY, most recently as Global Private Knowledge Leader and Financial Services EMEIA Knowledge Leader. He is a former director of and senior independent adviser to PwC, served as a senior adviser to AIESEC, the global student federation, was lead author of three British Standards Institution (BSI) knowledge standards and led the multinational European Committee for Standardisation team that published a European KM good practice guide. Dom also serves as a member of the BSI panel that co-developed the first ISO global KM standard.

From 2019-2023, Dom trained with the UK's Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body. Since 2024, he is qualified as a professional counsellor, and is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
