About Halcyon

Halcyon was founded and is still led by its creator, Dominic Kelleher. It is a Belgian-registered limited company.

Dominic, who is now Global Growth Markets Knowledge leader at EY, was, from 2003-2016, a senior intelligence adviser to PwC, Before that, he was PwC's first director of global knowledge communications, responsible for education, change and thought leadership initiatives and he also co-chaired PwC's global language action task force


Dominic has also served as knowledge adviser to AIESEC, the global student federation, and also represented PwC at the Conference Board and Bruegel thinktanks. He was the lead author of three British Standards Institution (BSI) guides, "Knowledge – a guide to good practice", "Measuring Knowledge" and "Linking knowledge management with other organisational functions and processes".

He was a founder member of the BSI panel responsible for developing public UK knowledge standards, led the multinational European Committee for Standardisation team that published the first European knowledge management good practice guide, co-authored a European guide on virtual organisations and was a named contributor in a major IBM study on business and knowledge trends.
